Multi Model Essay

Going into 2021 everyone has a New Year’s Resolution, many express theirs to be a better and different person, to work toward their goals, and to forgive. Many also state they are going to work towards being more healthy, for example, starting a diet and starting to workout.Which is everyone’s first go to for a resolution. A quote stating “New Year, New Me” though whoever made that statement is unknown but it is used every year for a better self. Most people get a gym membership at their local gym and do workouts they believe are helping them get to where they want to be. Some get a personal trainer and get pushed to their full potential. Personal trainers are a huge help in getting that ideal body you are striving for.

Staying healthy and fit is very important for everyone. Eating right and keeping yourself motivated can lead to a healthier lifestyle without complications. Working out can help with alertness, distractions, healthier eating plans, causing better moods, appetite control, blood glucose control, and many more (Bubnis, 2019). In life crucial consequences occur to people that do not help themselves and they do not eat the healthiest. This can cause depression, violence, stress, delusions, diabetes, anger, self-compassion, and etc. (DeRosier, 2019). Vigorous or not, exercise can manage pain levels as well as pre-existing conditions. Examples of so could be considered, yoga, swimming, or possibly going on walks. People do not understand how crucial it is to take care of themselves. It can hurt them by not taking that stretch to go walk for a little by just sitting at home not knowing how much better they could feel emotionally and physically. Most do not take into consideration how hard it is to stay on a diet and unfortunately most do not last. There are many websites and people that can help you and your body type.What most people do not know either is that the majority of the workouts they believe are helping them could possibly not be a thing. Everybody’s body is different and has different weight, body fat, height, and the majority do not understand that there is a lot that goes into having their ideal body that they dream about and that is why people give up on what they are working for and end up putting themselves down because of somebody else’s body, looks, and the amount of time one can lose the weight. Another factor in personal fitness is someone’s metabolism. People are not all the same and many have fast metabolisms which means they can eat more than another person but not put on the weight as if another person with a slower metabolism can gain more. Recent studies have shown that “It stimulates the development of the muscles, bones and joints, as well as the heart and lungs.” (Raby, 2020). Personal Fitness can impact a person’s life in the most positive way, many just simply do not want to put the time and effort into it. Everyone is different when it comes to their workout regime, for example, some people prefer morning workouts others prefer night workouts, another thing that people can differ on is how long they workout. Could be 2 hours or even 30 minutes, there are even different days people work out different areas of their body, including arms, legs, abs, and etc. Personal Fitness helps with your cardiovascular system keeping your heart healthy. Another important part of working out and dieting can show improvement in water intake keeping you hydrated.

There are many ways to make a diet work in your life as well as incorporating workouts throughout your busy schedules. It takes a lot of time and dedication to get where you want to be and that it will be worth it in the long run. There are many workouts that can be fitted for you as well as your intake with sugars, carbohydrates, and proteins. Everyone has a different story behind their goals for themselves, for example, some need to change their diet due to being overweight or even anorexic. Keeping yourself on the right track of physical training can help keep you energized and keep you out of a depressive stage. Fitness is a part of rehabilitation to help injuries such as knee, back, shoulder, and ankle surgeries or injuries. It is even used when someone has been in a car accident. Personal Fitness can help everything mentally and physically. It is better to set small goals and work your way up to challenge yourself to be a better you. In today’s society many people are making a living in advertising in the workout business industry, including water bottles, clothing, shoes, headbands, and etc. For brands including Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and Lululemon. There are even fitness programs where you can do at home workouts on DVDs, streaming videos, and more. Other things to help improve your workout plan can be helped by our phones and watches that can help keep track of your progress for you to make your journey easier. In today’s new technology cell phone can track your steps, your heart rate, and even a diabetes tracker. Personal Fitness is more than just getting sweaty and tired, it can improve many things for your body and help you become more positive and self confident. To continue your personal fitness journey, finding quotes can help you stay motivated for example, one of my favorites is “Push harder than yesterday if you want a different tomorrow” (Fabletics, 2019). Another one consists of “ The pain you feel today, will be the strength you feel tomorrow” (Kamal, 2021). Keep your head up and never give up on your goals there will always be a positive outcome.
